KSrelief’s Supervisor General Meets with UK Minister of State for Development and Africa at FCDO

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: The Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, recently met with the United Kingdom's Minister of State for Development and Africa, at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Mr. Andrew Mitchell. The meeting was held on the margins of the Global Food Security Summit in London.

During the meeting, the various topics on the Global Food Security Summit agenda were discussed, along with matters of mutual interest related to humanitarian and relief affairs, particularly the UK/Saudi strategic partnership in the humanitarian field. The parties also discussed the devastating humanitarian situation in Gaza and ways to expedite aid entry.

Mr. Andrew Mitchell praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, in helping a total of 95 countries around the  world. He also highly commended the active participation of KSrelief in the summit's activities.
