AL MAHRAH, YEMEN: A team from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) recently visited the oxygen cylinder filling factory at Qishn General Hospital in Yemen's Al Mahrah governorate; the factory is funded by KSrelief in cooperation with the World Health Organization.

The team was briefed on the modern equipment and the central control panel in the factory, which illustrates the operation mechanism of the main pressure systems and their successive stages through the connecting pipes between the different units in modern medical-industrial devices.

The factory's production capacity reaches 22,630 oxygen cylinders per year, equivalent to 905,200 liters. These cylinders benefit the directorates of Qishn, Sayhut, Al-Masilah, and Haswayn in Al Mahrah Governorate

The visit is part of the humanitarian and relief projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the center, to support the Yemeni health sector and secure the necessary medical equipment and supplies for hospitals and health facilities in Yemen.
