29 KSrelief Aid Trucks Arrive in Yemen though Al Wadiah Port

AL WADIAH, YEMEN: A convoy of aid trucks from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) recently crossed into Yemen from the Al Wadiah land port of entry. Between 27 and 30 April 2020, 29 trucks entered Yemen bound for the Ma’rib, Aden, Sana’a, Taiz, and Hadramawt governorates carrying urgently needed shelter and food assistance. 


The convoy’s cargo included 1,500 food baskets (165 tons), 39,375 boxes of dates (315 tons), shelter aid of 240 tents, 1,200 rugs, and 3,600 blankets to provide shelter support and food security to people in need. 


KSrelief has implemented more than 400 impartial, multisectoral humanitarian initiatives across Yemen, alleviating the suffering of millions of people in urgent need of assistance.
