LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: The Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, recently met with the Assistant Executive Director for Programme and Policy Development of the World Food Programme (WFP), Mrs. Valerie Guarnieri, on the margins of the Global Food Security Summit in London.

During the meeting, topics on the Global Food Security Summit agenda were discussed, as well as the updates on projects implemented between KSrelief and WFP. These projects aim to provide essential food assistance and improve living conditions for needy communities. Dr. Al Rabeeah and Mrs. Guarnieri also addressed the complex humanitarian challenge in Gaza and ways to expedite the entry of urgent aid to the Palestinian people.

The WFP Assistant Executive Director commended the tangible humanitarian role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief. She highlighted its global reach, covering all continents and benefiting all affected individuals without exception.
