                                            As Minister of Health, Dr. Al Rabeeah initiated and commissioned many major health and scientific projects in all regions of the Kingdom.
                                        
                                    
                                    
                                    
                                        
                                        
                                            Dr. Al Rabeeah has served as Head of the Surgical and Multidisciplinary Team for the Saudi Conjoined Twins Programme since its inception in 1990; the team has performed (63) successful separations and has reviewed (149) cases that were referred from (27) countries.
                                        
                                    
                                    
                                        
                                            
                                            
                                                
                                                     As Supervisor General of KSrelief since its founding in 2015, Dr. Al Rabeeah has overseen the delivery of aid to 107 countries with the cooperation of more than 190 implementing humanitarian partners. KSrelief has implemented more than 3,400 projects across all humanitarian sectors at a cost of almost USD 8 billion. Much of the center’s work focuses on the care and protection of children, women, refugees, and other vulnerable groups. Noteworthy KSrelief Programs of Excellence include: the MASAM demining project; Artificial Limbs Centers in several countries; the CFAAC program to support children severely affected by armed conflict; hundreds of Volunteer Medical Missions, including specialized cardiac and eye care and cochlear implants for children; food security and nutritional support; maternal and infant health care; education; vocational skills training for women; and protection against gender-based violence.
                                                
                                            
                                        
                                    
                                        
                                        
                                            
                                                Dr. Al Rabeeah has chaired and participated in many national and international scientific and health committees and councils, including serving as Chair of the COVID-19 National Committees for the procurement of health supplies, mobile hospitals, ICU expansions, PPEs, medications, and vaccinations. He was also appointed as a member of the Ministerial Committee for Vaccine and Biological Medical Industries in Saudi Arabia. He has been an Invited speaker at many national, regional, and international scientific and humanitarian gatherings. He has written and published (111) scientific/medical articles and (71) abstracts in international refereed journals and has authored and published (5) books. He is also the recipient of more than thirty national and international scientific and humanitarian awards.
